Let me first say..not my favorite massage envy. I’ve had a couple uncomfortable conversations with the front desk and managers on how I’ve been spoken to. It seems those employees with the bad attitudes are no longer working there. I will say though, Laurel the esthetician is the saving grace of this place. She’s so nice and informative. I wish I had gotten the front desk lady’s name today. She’s always so kind. I really hope the owner of this franchise knows what wonderful employees she has in these two.

Had a really wonderful experience with Micaela! She took the time and focused on smaller muscle groups that often get overlooked by most massage therapists, especially in the next and shoulders. She was awesome, will be using her again!

Always a great experience at Massage Envy. I used to always go to the Viera location but once I found out how much better the West Melbourne location was I’m sticking to them. More staff available especially for the deep tissue massage. Robert B actually gave me the best and most helpful massage. My knees were swollen and stiff. After the deep tissue massage and some stretching my pain was gone for a few days. Both of my knees are bone on bone so I felt my best in a long time.

So I’ve been to massage envy a few times before, wasn’t anything to rant and rave about. This last Christmas I was given a $200 voucher to get a few more massages. I called on a Friday and wanted to book an appointment for the weekend, I was able to get one the same day which was nice surprise. Upon arrival I was met with the two receptionist. Both were very informative in product and knowledge about what would be best for me. For my massage I was booked with Susan. She states she’s been there for only a short period but she was AMAZING. She states she has 20+ years of experience and let me tell you, her work speaks for itself. She really took the time to work in my problem areas. If you need to book at this location - ask for Susan!

Adam did an amazing job. First time in months I’ve been able to stand up straight. Super easy to talk to and get comfortable with. He understands sports medicine so he knows how to do more than just the simple massage. Would recommend to anyone who holds their stress in their backs

Update on 10/4- saw Pat today for a lymph drainage massage. For anyone that may have issues with lymphedema (mine from breast cancer 🎀), I highly recommend her. She worked wonders today, and I have already rescheduled. Thank you! Great service from the front desk and the therapists here. I personally saw Jessica and was very pleased with the perfect hour long session. Purchased a membership, as I need to go on a regular basis. Thank you, ME west Melbourne/Hammock landing

I saw Adam this week for a 60 min massage and it was so great! He was so kind, and he really paid attention to where I needed the most work done. He was also just a great person to talk to! I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed!

I’ve been a ME member since 2013 up north. I relocated and visited this location for the first time. Deena (forgive me if my spelling is off) was friendly and informative, answering all of the questions I had. Kimberly was my therapist and made the best use of time during my session! She focused on what I wanted and needed, made sure I was comfortable, and paid very good attention to areas that have been bothering me. She used the perfect firm pressure and gave me helpful tips to use at home. Happy to say I will be back again (and again)!

Very nice and experienced Did a great job I became a member and will be returning soon Update. Trisha is great. Everyone that works here is really nice. I feel relaxed when I go in which is huge. It's clean and comfortable. The message is so relaxing

I first saw Adam several times he could put his finger just out of air on the worst spot, amazing. I saw Andy for stretching and massaging a few times he was also amazing the sweetest too!! Then I saw Stacey who opened me up to another world of relief 🙏🥰and Trisha the cupping I literally have nerve and spinal damages. But also so much anxiety and stress!! I got the cupping last time home I felt like 10lbs of stress lifted off my shoulders. The other times were my other problems, I couldnt even bendto put my own pants on.my nerves were twisted. But the anxiety stress the last couple times just lifted right off my shoulders, neck, my head aches. The cupping. My husband picked me up and the first thing I said was 10lbs of stress was lifted off my shoulders!!!
